Slitter rewinders remote installation: Temac always at the customer’s side

During the lock-down for the COVID-19 pandemic, Temac, the Italian worldwide supplier of slitter rewinder for the flexible packaging printing and converting sector, continued to respect scheduled deliveries by organizing remote installations.
In recent months Temac has successfully completed the installation of slitter rewinders in Romania, Tunisia, Russia, Switzerland, France, where the distance between Temac and the customer was not an obstacle.
All the efforts were in particular concentrated also on the on-site training of customer’s technical staff, focusing on future maintenance.
Temac’s support is therefore not limited to guiding the installation of the machinery by issuing remote commands but has tried to train new qualified customer figures able to manage problems independently and safely, making the customer feel better supported and safer.
