“The protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data is a fundamental right. Article 8(1) of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union (The \u201cCharter\u201d) and Article 16(1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (“TFEU”) provide that everyone has the right to the protection of personal data concerning her or him.”<\/em><\/h4>\n

In accordance with 2016\/679 EU and COUNCIL REGULATION dated April 27th 2016 on the individuals protection with regard to the personal data processing and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), Temac srl publishes below the information on the processing of personal data and cookie law.<\/h4>\n

4 Rights of the interested parties<\/strong>: As an interested party, the User is granted the following rights to the personal data collected and processed by the Owner for the purposes indicated in point 2: (i) the right of access, as well as the right to know the origin, logic and purpose of the processing with express and specific indication of the persons in charge and responsible for the processing and third parties to whom the User\u2019s personal data may be disclosed; (ii) the right to obtain, update and rectify data (except for evaluation data), deletion of superfluous data or transformation into an unrecognisable form, as well as the obstruction of processing and definitive cancellation in case of unlawful processing; and (iii) if these prerequisites are not satisfied, the restriction of the processing and the portability of data. 2.\u00a0Purposes of the processing and legal basis of the processing<\/strong><\/p>\n

– supply and provision of services – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party;<\/p>\n

– recovery and assignment of the credit – the treatment is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the holder of the treatment which consists in the protection of its credit;<\/p>\n

– prevention of fraud, including computer fraud – the processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller, which consists in the protection of services provided by fraudulent operations also carried out by third parties;<\/p>\n

– fulfillment of obligations to which the providers of communication services are subject – the treatment is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation;<\/p>\n

– sending of commercial communications by e-mail – advertising communications by e-mail relating to products and services similar to those purchased are carried out unless the person concerned objects to the sending.<\/p>\n

Storage period<\/strong>

The data will be:<\/p>\n

– stored by law for a period of ten years from the termination of the contract;<\/p>\n

– used for the promotion by e-mail of products and services similar to those acquired for two years from the termination without prejudice to the right to object.<\/p>\n

Disclosure of data to third parties<\/p>\n

The data are communicated to:<\/p>\n

– public and private entities if the communication is required by law;<\/p>\n

– third parties to whom Temac srl may assign the credit;<\/p>\n

– third parties to whom Temac srl entrusts the performance of certain activities such as tax compliance, IT or commercial consulting, fraud prevention, credit recovery. In these cases, the recipients of the communication are appointed as Data Processors.

The interested party may request the publication of their personal data in telephone directories in accordance with the rules and regulations on the subject.<\/p>\n

2. Purpose of treatment<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cookies are information packages sent by a web server (e.g. the website) to the user’s Internet browser, which stores them on the computer and sends them back to the server each time the website is accessed.<\/p>\n

Temac srl uses:<\/p>\n

– so-called “technical cookies” to ensure normal navigation of the site and the use of its services;<\/p>\n

– The so-called “cookie analytics”, also of third parties, to collect information in anonymous and aggregate form on the use of the site, the number of users and how they visit the site. With reference to cookies analytics of third parties, Temac srl, to reduce the identifying power of cookies, hides a significant portion of the IP address.
