Independent "Shaftless" unwinding group
Independent “Shaftless” unwinding group is able to work with cores with inside diameter of 76 & 152 mm. - 3" & 6".
Independent or simultaneous movement (left and right) for each mother roll arm holder through low friction guides. As consequence, this system allows to lock the mother roll without having axial slitter rewinder central position. On this group is included a semi-automatic splice table with two electro pneumatic film clamps managed by PLC unit. These clamps are endowed of two independent safety position reader systems and may be open or closed in automatic way from every electric control panel.
This group is supplied including fully digital FIFE edge and print guide system driven by microprocessor.
